Diana Hosier nee Pritchard married Frances Hosier Jnr. 4 Jul 1710 in St. Bride, Fleeet Street, London. Francis Hosier died intestate in 1727. Diana Hosier had a long running legal battle with John Hawes over Admiral Francis Hosierís estate. The legal battle lasted over 10 years and was possibly still unresolved when they died. Admiral Hosier was the son of Francis Hosier Snr. & Elizabeth Hawes. Diana Hosier was imprisoned for unpaid debts and was possibly in prison when she died.
